Mobile Application Privacy Policy

BHT Dynamics, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information our mobile applications (each, an “App”) and websites (together, the “Services”) collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

1. Device Identifiers (Required): We collect non-personal, anonymous device identifiers (e.g. IDFV, device model, OS version) to serve ads via Google AdMob and ensure app functionality.

2. Diagnostics & Crash Data (Optional): With your permission, we collect crash logs and performance metrics to improve stability.

3. No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, location, contacts, or any data that identifies you personally.

Advertising: To display relevant ads via Google Mobile Ads SDK.

Analytics & Improvement: To understand app usage patterns and fix crashes.

App Functionality: To remember your preferences (e.g. default truck weight, theme).

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google AdMob for ads. Their Privacy Policy and Terms govern their data handling. We do not share any personal data with third parties beyond these services.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have such data, please contact us to remove it.

5. Data Retention

We retain diagnostic data only as long as necessary to improve the Services and comply with legal obligations. Device identifiers used for ad delivery are rotated and/or deleted per Google’s policies.

6. Your Choices

• Ads Personalization: You may opt out of personalized ads by disabling ad tracking in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking).

• Crash Reports: You can disable diagnostic sharing in iOS under Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements.

7. Security

We follow industry standards (TLS/HTTPS) to protect data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure.

8. International Transfers

Our Services are hosted in the United States. If you are located elsewhere, you consent to transfer of data to the U.S., governed by this Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The Last Updated date at the top will change when we do. We encourage you to revisit this page regularly.
